Environment
So my mate Jake Childs, done a environment for the music video we are helping on, so he done a model, textured it and even put some water in it. But after he sent me the test I found even tho it was good, it could be improved, so I worked my magic on it; changed the texture, put few more lights around, added a backdrop and got rid of the fog. And here is the final example.
So the first video he done himself, and the second half is what I done after the changes, Enjoy

Lighting/Modeling/Texturing opening shot

This is the opening shot of my showreel done in the second year in my 3 year course of animation. The cars I'm not happy with, and the character itself was not modeled by me. But everything was lighted, textured and modeled by myself, which drove me mad.
Street Lighting

This is one of my first tests I done in lighting and modelling, the lighting itself was Global Illumination to set the shadows and look, and then lights added to bring up the scene. I shall try to do a few renders of the buildings so they can be shown better.
Snap Lighting (inside Sand sack)

So this is the final scene of the film 'Snap' where all the bullets finally come together again. Not only did I light this environment, I also modelled and textured it. When coming up with the concept of creating what sand might look like to bullets, I decided to go for a more cartoon feel, with the whole environment made up of shears and UV Mapped with a modified sand texture and bump, to gain depth. Then with the lights and gain effect to give the scene some atmosphere.
Snap Lighting (outside)

Here are just a few shots of the final renders (after they been through after effects) to show you some of the lighting.
Snap lighting (around table)
Here is the process of lighting inside the gun on the film 'Snap' we start off with the default lighting and no textures, with the textures added along with the lighting, then rendered out and finally the final Enhancements can be added. Please note, I created everything here, from the model to the textures and UV Maps.
Lighting for Fishy End

Ok so here is progression of my lighting in fishy end cut down. You start off with the default lights, then render it out with the lights I was happy with, then the final Enhancements in after effects (could of also be done in Photoshop if it was a still image)
